DRINK WATER REGULARLY.

Our veins, capillaries, and arteries are rivers that carry nutrients and oxygen to all cells of the body (including the brain) while removing toxins lurking in the blood. Without adequate water (which is 60% of the body, and 75% of the brain), multitudes of chemical reactions simply cannot happen. Water is the medium in which most activities take place such as digestion (breaking down and absorbing nutrients), muscle growth and repair, and keeping the organs in prime condition (including your overused eyes and skin). To be healthy, vibrant, and mentally alert, we need to keep water flowing through the rivers of our body.

Sleepiness and fatigue are symptoms of dehydration since the body does not have enough water to function optimally. It helps to drink small amounts of water regularly so you won’t drag your body to the brink of dehydration before nourishing it again.
